Medical Assessment is the Priority
Your ultrasound is a diagnostic medical examination requested by your referring doctor. 3D facial images are supplementary and not guaranteed. We will attempt them once the medical scan is complete and if conditions allow.
Arrival Time
Appointments are allocated specific time periods, usually 30 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival, after 10 minutes into the appointment time, may result in rescheduling.
Children Policy
You may bring one adult support person. Children are not permitted in scanning rooms, regardless of age, to ensure your examination can be conducted safely and to the highest clinical standard.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if insufficient notice is provided.
